House Rules for Laurina’s Cove
Welcome to Laurina’s Cove! To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and stress-free stay, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules. By staying at Laurina’s Cove, you agree to these terms.
1. General Rules
- Treat the apartment, furniture, and surroundings with respect, as if it were your own home.
- Be mindful of the neighbors and avoid excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- It is strictly prohibited to host parties or events in the apartment.
2. Maximum Number of Guests
- The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
3. Smoking and Open Flames
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the courtyard. A €200 fine will be charged for violating this rule.
- The use of candles or any other open flames is not allowed.
4. Pets
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, provided this is communicated at the time of booking.
- Pets are not allowed in the bathroom and must not be on the sofas or beds.
- Please ensure that furniture and beds remain clean; use blankets or covers if necessary.
5. Cleanliness
- Please leave the apartment in a tidy state.
- Dispose of your garbage in the city containers upon departure.
- If additional cleaning is required due to negligence, extra charges may apply.
6. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
- Please leave the keys in the designated location upon departure.
- Failure to return the parking keys will result in a €100 fine.
7. WiFi Usage
- WiFi is provided free of charge. Use the connection responsibly and legally.
- Downloading illegal content or engaging in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
8. Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, whether intentional or accidental.
- Any damage must be reported immediately to the owner or manager. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged.
9. Safety
- Always close doors and windows when leaving the apartment to prevent theft or damage.
- Use the facilities and equipment safely and follow any provided instructions.
10. Optional Parking
- Maximum height: 1.80 m.
- Access: The parking area is accessible via a steep ramp.
- Laurina’s Cove is not responsible for any damage to vehicles parked in the designated area.
11. Force Majeure
- In case of technical issues or force majeure, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. However, we kindly ask for your understanding in case of delays.
12. Cancellation or Early Departure
- In case of cancellation or early departure, the cancellation policy outlined in the general terms and conditions applies. No refunds will be provided for unused days.
